Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via Registered Israel Post. All orders will be shipped with insurance.

International Shipping
​
All standard international orders are shipped via Israel Post International Economy.
​
All tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the customer’s local government. Any additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. (There are usually no such charges when parcels are sent from Israel to North America).

If the customer fails to retrieve their package, the cost to return the package will be the responsibility of the customer.

Items will ship from Israel, with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in NIS/USD.

Orders will be shipped according to customer’s specified address. SaltwareDesign is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses. If a shipment is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost to re-shipping.
SaltwareDesign is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon shipping.

Processing
​
All orders, excluding made-to-order items, will be processed within 5 business days upon payment approval.

Please note – some of our items are made-to-order, and take different times to produce, Please expect up to three weeks for production.
Each piece is carefully wrapped and boxed. Delivery times are approximately:
Israel 3-5 days, Europe 7-14 days, U.S./Canada 10 -21 days, Australia 14-28 days.

All delivery times are estimates only. SaltwareDesign is not liable if the product is not delivered within this time frame. Your parcel must be signed for upon delivery so please select an address for shipping where you will be during business hours. If there is no one available to sign for the parcel you may be delivered a note to pick up the parcel at your local mail office.

If you prefer faster delivery, Express shipping (3-5 business days depending on country) is available with an additional charge of $35-80$ (depends on weight and region) at check out.
