Returns on merchandise must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Free shipping items will be charged for their shipping costs.

​All products must be unused and undamaged, in original boxes and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. A refund may be refused if it does not comply with our returns & exchange policies.

​Refunds will be processed in the form in which payment was received.

tems that have been personalized by engraving are non-returnable.

All shipping, customs, insurance and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable, and are at the expense of the customer.

​You must notify us by email to lia@saltwaredesign.com to receive a return number and shipping information before you return the item. Items returned without a return number will not be processed.

If the item is returned from outside Israel you must mark the parcel “Returned goods” so that it does not incur unnecessary delays at customs.

You are responsible for arranging insurance on the item. You are responsible for the cost of the shipment of the item.

​Upon receipt of the item, you will be refunded the purchase price.

When you return the item you will receive a refund less the shipping costs and a $15 administration charge.

​Exchanges are only possible if the item is available.
